This project focused on helping a mortgage brokerage improve the way they nurtured potential clients after they joined their email list.
Many mortgage businesses capture leads through website enquiries or downloads but fail to follow up with structured communication that builds trust and encourages action.
The goal was to create an automated email nurture sequence that would:
