Peak Mortgages and Protection is an award-winning UK mortgage brokerage supporting clients with residential and buy-to-let mortgages, as well as protection services.
They needed to improve their online presence, boost engagement, and generate more leads through both organic and paid social channels.
What We Did:
Initially focusing on a complete brand refresh, my approach was to transform Peak Mortgages from a corporate-feeling brokerage into a trusted, approachable brand that clients could relate to while supporting their 40+ broker network.

Leveraging audience research and trend analysis, I developed a multi-platform content strategy that balanced professionalism with personality. The rebrand included new visual identity, consistent messaging across platforms, and a content approach that made complex mortgage topics accessible and engaging.
On the organic side, I introduced a consistent schedule of Reels, Stories, and feed posts, weaving in trending formats to increase reach and visibility. One TikTok video in particular went viral, generating over 110,000 views and continuing to grow past 150,000.
Alongside the organic work, I managed their paid Facebook advertising campaigns. These were designed to drive website traffic, boost lead generation, and build engagement. By testing and refining different audience segments, I was able to reduce costs significantly while scaling overall performance.
