Hush Wills is a small will-writing and probate services business. Like many small firms, they were juggling multiple responsibilities and found it difficult to maintain a consistent online presence. They needed a social media strategy that would grow their audience, improve engagement, and give them a professional look online without taking time away from their core work.
We started by rebranding the business logo, creating icons, and a complete brand guidelines, that differentiated them from the gloomy death related industry.

We then created a content strategy that focused on reach and relevance. We decided to produce mostly video content, to scale the reach, and connect with the audience easier, due to the difficult topics of the industry. By analysing the target audience and industry trends, we developed posts that would resonate with people in need of will-writing and probate services.
Finally, we optimised the posts with relevant keywords to improve SEO, helping Hush Wills appear in more searches and drive profile views.Leveraging audience research and trend analysis, I developed a multi-platform content strategy that balanced professionalism with personality. The rebrand included new visual identity, consistent messaging across platforms, and a content approach that made complex mortgage topics accessible and engaging.
